The Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)
CDBS provides basic dental services to children. Dental services are capped at $1052 over 2 consecutive calendar years.
Dental services covered include:
- Examinations
- X-rays
- Cleaning
- Fissure Sealing
- Fillings
- Root Canals
- Extractions
- Partial Denture
To be eligible for the CDBS, the patient must:
- Be aged 2 to 17 years for at least 1 day of the calendar year.
- Be eligible for Medicare.
- Receive, or be part of a family receiving, certain Australian Government payments.

- Payment plan term of 12 to 20 weeks
Total Lifestyle Credit (TLLC)
TLC allows you to access funds of up to $50,000 to finance major dental treatments.
Benefits to you:
- Receive funds from $2,001 to $50,000.
- Receive funds within 48 hours from time of application submission.
- Flexible terms of up to 84 months
- Protected by consumer credit laws.
